步驟
STEP.1
烤箱預熱450F/230C. 在大攪拌盆裡, 扮進麵粉, 白糖, 泡打粉, 與鹽.
Preheat the oven to 450F/230C. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
STEP.2
加入奶油, 一塊一塊慢慢放. 慢慢攪拌.
Add the butter one by one and mix slowly.
STEP.3
最後加入白脫鮮乳, 攪拌均勻.
Add the buttermilk and mix until just combined.
STEP.4
將烤盤放上烤紙後抹上少許油.
Line a baking sheet and brush some oil on evenly.
STEP.5
麵團拿出來用擀麵棍稍微壓扁, 折疊後對折再稍微壓扁. 用餅乾模具切出喜愛的形狀.

Turn the dough out and roll flat then fold and roll flat again. Cut biscuits out of the dough using desired size of biscuit cutter.
STEP.7
放在烤盤上後烤10-12分鐘, 或烤至稍微焦黃. 趁熱上菜!
Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
